2) After a time is selected, make payment of $155 dollars with credit or debit card to secure your 50-minute session.
3) At the appointment date & time, click the Appointment log in button. Type in your name. I will greet you online.

What to Expect:
Expect a trauma informed, safe and supportive experience.
I provide therapy/counseling to Washington state residents.
I coach individuals residing in other locations.
Length of Time:
Crisis ~ several sessions per week for 1 to 3 weeks. Short term ~ weekly 1 to 2 months. Standard ~ weekly approximately 3 months. Longer term 4+ months.
Therapy on your terms. You schedule appointments as needed.
HEALTH INSURANCE
Sessions are confidential and not a part of your medical record.
I do not accept health insurance.
I provide Washington State residents with a Super Bill. Submit to your insurance for possible partial or full reimbursement. Contact your health insurance to inquire if they accept, “Out of Network” (OON) therapy providers & the # of sessions you receive. You pay up front for sessions.
Coaching is not reimbursable by health insurance.
